long as the leader's style fits the situation rationally well.

1. Competent - Winston Churchill's actions of war based on reason and moral principles.
2. Forward looking - Set goals and have vision of the future that Britain must win the war against Nazi in order to live
outside the dictatorship.
3. Inspiring - Display confidence in all that you do. The way Churchill conveyed his speech gave the sense of strong leader
and inspiration.
4. Courage - have the perseverance to accomplish a goal regardless of the tremendous obstacles. Winston Churchill was
not afraid to speak his mind even if no one agreed with him.
