needed to achieve organizational goals."
Leadership is being able to influence people to get thing done without fear and favor. People who exercise leadership
are not afraid of changes whether it could bring a ghastly outcome in their decision making as a leader. Instead, they see
it as an opportunity to make a better result than previous case by always learning and not afraid of making mistake and willing
to take full responsibility and blame as a result of their decision making.
Person who exerted leadership in their life deals frequently with change, motivation, inspiration and influence. In leadership,
change create a striking extent, for example creating an innovation for public, such as making skirt for men or opening a
new market for an old product.
Inspiration and motivation is an essential key in leadership. In order to inspire people that we lead is to get people's
trust on us. Though having vision, mission, and passion are also vital in leadership, the people who work with us must also
trust the leader in order to feel inspired. The leader's personality is as important as the guide which the leader provides
for the employees.
