As transformational leader, Winston Churchill transformed Britain's society by raised people's awareness of the war by make people attentive of the importance and values on how to defend Britain and his people to live under fair treatment and justice.

He helped people to look beyond their self interest. He made his people in the parliament to look at the big picture for the sake of people and the nation during and after war if he had agreed to sign the peace agreement and/or loose the war. Can you imagine how the world would be like today if Nazi was all over Europe and people will live under Hitler's dictatorship and cruelty?
